Amazing Computer Technology is a Tremendous Classroom Teaching Tool

Campaign Expenditure:  $ 5,000

    One of the newest and most exciting education tools in your student’s classroom this year is a new display technology called a document camera.  Hooked up to a  computer and a LCD projector, the teacher can place any kind of text, graphic or simple object, under the camera’s lens and display it up on a screen.  The students can then modify the page, graphic, object – for example, write on the paper -- while others watch what’s happening on a large wall screen.  It’s a versatile, interactive, and visually stimulating education tool: all learners contribute and everybody can view the results.  
    However, this tool can be improved.  If the Annual Campaign can donate $ 5,000 to Nathan Hale, then the classroom computers could have their memory improved and the speed of their computers vastly increased.  An improvement in classroom learning for every student at Nathan Hale.
